Load Close Issue – Error when “Close all work”
Once in a while we get into load close issue, user will get into either one issue.
When closing all work, we get an error message as below.
Resolution:
Run SSRS report
The report will look like this:
In the company field, enter the first two digits of your company number
- For example, if company 9002, just enter “90”
In the “LoadId” field, enter the “Load Id” from the “All loads screen”

The report should return a load work line. This is the item number you need to cancel
Using the item number found, go to:
- All loads screen
- Find the load
- Click “Work details” button
- Find the item number listed on report
- Click “Cancel work line”
- Click “Ok” button on dialog
