The query for the sales dashboard is tied to the commission setup in Ax.  For a given sales group, if there is a commission setup in Ax, then the group is shown on the board.  If a sales group exists without any commission setup, then it’s excluded from the reporting dashboard.  So, for example, some of the locations have a “House” salesman that they want to show up.  In order to do that, they just need to go in and add a commission percentage setup to the “House” sales group.  Likewise, if they want to exclude a particular group, they need to remove the commission setup on the group.  If that isn’t possible for whatever reason, then other measures need to be developed to display the data.
