Error deleting sales order
Go to the sales order line
Click warehouse
Select Load details
The Load Details screen will come up
Go to the “Ship and receive” tab
Click the “Reverse shipment confirmation” button
Go back to the sales order
You should now be able to delete the sales order
Go back to the Shipment confirmation screen
Click confirm outbound shipment
