How to Modify Ax Printer Settings
There are a few places in Ax where you may see the following Ax print dialogue box open before printing. One common example is while posting an invoice.
To update, your printer settings, click the “Print setup” button
Go to the “Invoice” option
*** NOTE: You may need to do the same for “invoice copy”
Perform one of the following actions:
- Click Screen option to user our preferred method and have item display on screen before printing.
- Click the “printer” option on the left to have it printed directly to the printer without any other interaction.
Select a valid printer from the list ending in (psrv). Do NOT use a printer that ends in "(redirected xxx)".
Click OK
