Please follow the diagram below to connect your new GoTo Yealink IP phone.
The Yealink phone should be connected just like your existing ShoreTel phone.
Step 1
Connect the Network Wall Jack to the Internet port on your Yealink Phone with a network patch cable.
Step 2
Connect the PC port on the Yealink phone to your PC or laptop.
If performed correctly, your new phone should power up and have network connectivity including your PC or Laptop. If you have an old external switch in your office, you will have to connect by using a PoE power inverter. IT can help you with this.
