Your fax number was most likely converted during the transition to GoTo. You will now received those faxes by email. Make sure IT knows what email addresses need to receive the faxes and contact us if you are not receiving any and expect to receive them. Any user with a DID can also receive e-faxes to that DID (dedicated phone number). To send a fax, you will no longer use a traditional fax machine. Please user your copier or other means to get a digital copy in your email inbox and follow the guide below.
IT will provide you with the fax code needed to send an e-fax via email.
