Method 1: From the Phone (Dialer) screen

Step 1 — Open the GoTo Connect app

  1. Launch GoTo Connect on your iPhone.
  2. If prompted, sign in with your work account.


Step 2 — Go to the Phone tab

Tap Phone in the bottom menu (sometimes labeled Calls).


Step 3 — Open Agent / Queue status

  1. On the Phone screen, 
  2. Tap the profile dot in the upper left of the screen.


Step 4 — Manage Queues

  1. Scroll down to "Manage Queues" and tap the arrow

Step 5 — Queues

  1. You should see a list of Call Queues your are assigned to - if the slider is green, you are signed in, if the slider is gray you are signed out.

  2. Click the slider dot to sign in/ sign out of the call queue.
