Some Ingenico iSC Touch 250 PIN pads may experience touchscreen alignment problems which may make signing with the pen/stylus or pressing buttons with your finger difficult. If you experience this, you may need to re-calibrate your screen.
Follow the instructions below to re-calibrate your iSC Touch 250.
1Press and hold CLEAR and - (minus) simultaneously on the iSC Touch 250 payment terminal to reboot it.
2When the iSC Touch 250 reboots and the grey Retail Base screen appears, press 2634 and ENTER .
3Press the + (plus) to display the functions menu.
4Select Telium Manager > Initialization > Hardware > Calibration to display the Calibration screen.
5Press 7581 and ENTER to re-calibrate the payment terminal.
