The key is generated when you create the user in Tireweb. Depending on the platform the dealer is using when logging into your site, will depend on what client key they will need.
ESP has two website formats: Tireweb and Treadsearch. They both have a different way of getting the credentials needed to integrate with Mitchell1.
The first image is for TreadSearch. The Integration Key on Treadsearch can only be seen by the administrator. The dealer will need to contact their sales rep or corporate rep.
They will need to log into Treadsearch https://xxxxxxxx.treadsearch.com >admin> username> password>. Once logged in, go to the User page.
Here you will find their user’s credentials: Username, Password and Integration Key. (Once Mitchell1 is activated, you will see the Integration Key “TM’ code)
When the dealer sets up their Tireweb connection within Mitchell 1, they will see the following screen, where they enter those credentials:
Once they do that, then the connection will be established, and they can log into TreadSearch by clicking on the Tireweb button from the Mitchell 1 software.

When the dealer sets up their connection in Mitchell 1, they will need to enter their Tireweb credentials: username, password and Tire Library Key (Integration Key). This is their Library Connection Code. They can find this within their own login!
Dealer login> username> password>
- Click on General Details.
Click on Get Code.
- Their Key Code will appear.
When they set up their Tireweb connection from Mitchell 1 they will see a similar screen, where they enter their credentials:
Once they do that then the connection will be established, and they can log into Tireweb by clicking on the Tireweb button from the Mitchell 1 software.
