Summary:

You may notice a new sign-in page while trying to access O365 resources like Outlook Email, Teams, OneDrive, etc.  This new portal is a result of new security measures being implemented by Dunlap & Kyle IT.  Thales will be our new identity provider going forward.  All user authentication requests will be handled there going forward.   We will soon implement 2-factor authentication for some areas as well.  This phase will be straight-forward for most of you.  Please read the instructions below to familiarize yourself with the new login portal.

In-Network:

Prior to signing in to any O365 product, you will initially see a screen like the following:

*Note, your username will pre-populate if you are signing in from a DK location.

In order to sign in:

  1. Confirm the username pre-populated is correct
  2. Enter your domain password. This is your regular network password.
  3. Click “Login”

 

Out-of-Network:

Prior to signing in to any O365 product, you will initially see the following screen:

In order to sign in:

  1. Enter your username
              *Your username will be your email address or the first part before the @ symbol.

                *Do not select “Remember me on this device” if you are using a shared device.

  1. Click “Login”
  2. After clicking “Login”, you will be requested to enter your network password.
  3. Click “Login”
