The process for AR statements has been updated due to new processes. We have implemented recent changes that post customer AR statements online for customers to download and access through new web applications. Please see updated information below regarding these changes.
Once statements are run, they are uploaded that night to the following location:
\\dkds\AR-Statements- Once uploaded they are synced with our datacenter and accessible to our customers who have logins for our new customer portal.
- All statements from 2025 are available at the new location above and will be located there going forward.
- They are organized by company -> Year -> Month. By restructuring, we can secure them better and grant limited access.
The old ones are still accessible in their former locations
